The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. There is paper tape along the turnover edges. There is a horizontal abrasion along the entire width of the painting circa 15cm. above the lower horizontal edge, with some associated inpaintings in the lower right area. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals the aforementioned inpaintings.
