The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged periodically along the upper edge to the backing board and undulates slightly, most notably to the vertical edges. The edges of the sheet are slightly discolored. A few pinpoint bumps are to the lower left turning edge and one is to the right upper turning edge. A minute tear is to the lower left vertical edge and one is to the upper vertical left edge. A few small spots of faint discoloration are to the upper right edge and a pinpoint one is near the lower right edge. A few soft creases are visible occasionally near the corners and edges, visible in raking light. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
