The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. The canvas is slack to the stretcher. The work is in working condition. All elements appear to be present. The L.E.D. and the battery pack in the lower right corner are loose. The aluminium pigment is not fixated. There are a few handling marks, signs of wear and accretions in places to the extreme edges and corners. There are craquelures, with some associated minor paint losses in places. There are surface irregularities in places, coherent with the artist's working process. Examination under ultraviolet light shows no indication of inpainting. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
