The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is not framed. The paper is laid down with a cream coloured linen. The work is stored on a roll. The sheet undulates slightly. The upper and lower edges are unevenly cut. The charcoal is not fixated. There is some staining in places, coherent with the nature of the material used. There are handling marks in places. There are artist's pinholes along the edges in places. There are some signs of wear and tear in places. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
