This exhibition later travelled to Paris, Galerie National de Jeu de Paume, Barcelona, Fundació Antoni Tàpies, Lisbon, Centro de Arte Moderna da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian and Minneapolis, Walker Art Center (another example exhibited).

The colours of this specific flag are the colours of the favela Mangueira, a neighbourhood in Rio de Janeiro, where Oiticica lived and also celebrated the Carnaval.
