The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present. There is some soft surface dust and dirt in places. There is some soft staining in places. There are faint abrasions other small defects in places. There are some small material and paint losses to the extreme edges and corners of the protruding parts. When examined under ultraviolet light, there are retouches visible in places along the extreme edges and corners of the protruding parts. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
