The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. The impasto is well preserved. There are some hairline drying cracks in places, most notably in the white areas. There are some brown accretions in places. There are a few minor paint losses in places, predominantly to the brown impasto. Examination under ultraviolet light shows no indication of inpainting. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
