The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present and adhere well to the underlying support. There is some soft surface dust and dirt in places. There is an horizontal abrasion, with some associated paint losses, along the entire width of the work in the lower area. There are a few drying craquelures in places.
