The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. The work consists of two pieces of canvas laid on board. There is paper tape along the turnover edges. There is a minor piece of cardboard, circa 0.5 x 1.5cm. stuck in the upper left quadrant. There is some soft surface dust and dirt in places. There is some soft rubbing to the corners. Examination under ultraviolet light shows no indication of inpainting. It is our opinion that the work is in very good condition.
