The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present and adhere well to the underlying support. Not examined out of the frame. There is a crack of circa 18.5cm to the Perspex box in the lower right corner. There are some soft scratches, abrasions, staining, handling marks and other small defects in places to the Perspex box. There is some soft surface dust and dirt in places. There are some signs of wear and rubbing in places. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
