The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present and adhere well to the underlying support. There is some soft surface dust and dirt in places. There are stretcher craquelures along the edges. There are several cracks in places, some flaking, slightly tenting, with some associated minor paint losses. Examination under ultraviolet light shows no indication of inpainting.
