The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Living Room:
Slight canvas irregulating is to the support, in keeping with the artist's choice of support. A faint rubbing mark in the unpainted area near the lower left corner.

Side Portrait:
A faint rubbing mark in the middle of the unpainted area on the upper edge.

Otherwise, both works’ canvas are taut and stable. When examined on the UV light, no apparent retouching shown on both paintings. It is in our opinion that they both are in very good condition.
