The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is inspected inside its frame, back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Negligible foxing dots mainly on the left side, visible only upon close examination. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
