The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the works are in overall good condition. The works were inspected inside the floating board. Sides and backs of the works cannot be checked due to floating and mounting status. Slightly yellowed and aged paper, occasionally with foxing dots scatter, which are consistent with the aging of the artist’s choice of medium.
