The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Moderate cracks along the edges and middle left of the work. A few minor paint losses along the extreme upper edge. Pinpoint yellowish stains can be observed at the upper part. Slight abrasion at the corners caused by framing. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching is visible.
