The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides and back of the frame cannot be checked due to framing status. The paper was slightly undulated. Pinpoint accretions scatter very occasionally on paint surface. Tiny dot of yellowed stain and tiny spot of brownish stain on lower left.
