The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was checked inside the frame, sides and back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. The paper is affixed to the backboard. Faint and minor brownish time-staining of the paper forming a window around the girl could be observed, which was consistent with the aging of the artist’s choice of medium. Several pinpoint foxing dots scatter occasionally.
