It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Slightly dusty surface. Faint horizontal lines of abrasions on the upper edge. Hairline crack on middle right edge. Horizontal lines of wood pattern could be observed faintly under racking light very occasionally. Pinpoint dots of paint losses on middle left edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching shows.
