The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected outside of its frame, the reverse could not be inspected due to the mounting status. The sheet is slightly undulated. The edges are uneven due to the artist’s chosen medium. Soft negligible tears occasional to the extreme edges of the work, longest measuring 0.8 cm. The work was not inspected under ultraviolet light.
