The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encarée. Le papier est insolé avec des salissures. Des traces du montage sont visibles dans les marges. Des piqûres sont visibles sur la feuille et notamment dans la marge inférieure à droite. Des traces de crayon dans les marges sont probablement dues à l'encadrement.
Au verso, la feuille est contresignée et titrée au crayon, avec un cachet de collection noir, Marcel Mirault (Lugt 1892 a.). Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

In addition to the catalogue entry:
This work is sold framed. The paper is free with time staining. Mount stains are visible to the margins. There are a few foxing mostly to the lower margin to the right. There are pencil marks probably due to the mount.
On the reverse, the sheet is contersigned and titled in pencil and there is a black collection stamp, Marcel Mirault (Lugt 1892 a.). Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
