The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Stretcher marks are visible along the vertical edges.
Pinpoint paint losses, especially along the vertical strip towards left, and some light abrasions with associated losses corresponding to the edges and corners.
When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
