The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

L'opera è in condizioni buone e stabili. Gli elementi in collage aderiscono correttamente al supporto, a eccezione dell'estremità superiore dell'edificio a sinistra e del fiore al centro, e dell'estremità inferiore di quest'ultimo.
Alcune cadute di colore lungo i margini.
Tracce di sporco superficiale e residui di colla, presumibilmente coerenti con la tecnica d’esecuzione.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, non presenta tracce evidenti di restauri.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l’opera sia in condizioni di conservazione buone.

The work is in good and stable conditions. The collage elements adhere well to the underlying support, except for the upper extremity of the building to the left and of the flower to the centre, and for the lower extremity of the latter.
Some paint losses along the edges.
Superficial accretion and glue residues, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method.
When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good conditions.
