The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Una macchia di umidità lungo il margine inferiore sul retro.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, non presenta tracce evidenti di restauri.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l'opera sia in condizioni di conservazione molto buone.

Support and paint film in good condition, the work is not lined.
The external edges are covered with paper scotch tape. The canvas is slightly loose.
Some pinholes are visible corresponding to the white passages, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method.
Very light superficial accretion along the extreme edges.
A watermark along the lower edge on the reverse.
When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
