The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Light paper creases, especially corresponding to the third to last page, which shows some tears along the right edge.
Two spots along the upper edges of pages no. 18 and 19.
Light abrasions and superficial accretion along the case.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
