The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

L'opera è in condizioni buone e stabili. La carta aderisce correttamente al supporto, a eccezione dell'angolo superiore sinistro che presenta un piccolo strappo leggermente rialzato.
Alcuni strappi lungo i margini, presumibilmente riparati tramite il montaggio.
Puntiformi cadute di colore, la maggiore delle quali all'angolo superiore destro.
Alcune leggere craquelure sono visibili in corrispondenza delle aree più materiche.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, non presenta tracce evidenti di restauri.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l'opera sia in condizioni di conservazione molto buone.

The work is in good and stable condition. The paper adheres well to the underlying support, except for the upper left corner which shows a slightly lifted small tear.
Some tears along the edges, presumably repaired through the mounting.
Pinpoint paint losses, the major of which to the upper right corner.
Some light cracks are visible corresponding to the thicker areas.
When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
