The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is in good and stable condition and is fixed to the passepartout along the upper edge through paper scotch tape.
The paper is slightly wavy to the edges; some soft creases along the upper edge.
Light superficial accretion in places, the major of which corresponding to the upper edge towards left.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
