The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the works are in overall good condition. The works were inspected within their frames, the reverse thus could not be checked. The edges are uneven and slightly creased, presumably consistent with the artist’s chosen medium. There is a slight tear on the upper right corner of the right sheet. The works were not inspected under ultraviolet light.
