The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. A faint layer of dust present. Minor rubbing occasionally along the edges and on the corner tips. When inspected under ultraviolet light, cluster of moulds fluoresce but no apparent retouching can be seen.
left panel: A small abrasion mark on the upper left edge. A small vertical area of drying craquelures on the left side. A tiny paint lift on the lower left quadrant on the pink paint. A tiny crack on the lower bottom area on the green paint strip. Brownish spots and mould stains occasionally scattered over the surface.
right panel: A tiny crack on the upper right corner tip. Two minor abrasion marks on the upper left edge and center area. A dirt mark on the upper left corner. Three pinpoint paint losses on the bottom edge.
middle panel: A few faint abrasion marks on the lower part. A tiny wood chip on the upper right side.
