The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work is inspected within its frame, thus its sides could not be checked, but the reverse is visible. Negligible cracks are scattered intermittently across the paint surface, visible only upon very close inspection. When inspected under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
