The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. A tiny area of paper lifted on the upper left quadrant. Soft creases to the extreme right edge. A few other faint creases along the top edge of the head on the upper part of the sheet, presumably consistent with the artist's chosen medium and working method. Minor abrasion mark to the upper left edge. Faint undulation on the lower right edge. When inspected under ultraviolet light, minute moulds scatter intermittently on the surface.
