The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work is checked within its frame, the sides thus could not be checked. Faint hairline tension cracks to the turning edges. Pinpoint abrasions to the upper left corner. A few pinpoint paint losses occasional to the figure's ear, only visible upon close inspection. When inspected under ultraviolet light, no apparent inpainting was shown.
