The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. A faint layer of dust present. Minor abrasion occasionally along the edges and on the corner tips. Drying craquelures scattered occasionally over the heavy impasto areas. A tiny paint loss on the tip of white impasto on the upper middle area. When inspected under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
