The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Case: It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Fox marks and mould stains are scattered intermittently across the white areas. Minor abrasion to the lower corners of the case.

Cover: It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Minute fox marks and mould stains are scattered intermittently inside and outside. Soft creases to the outer edges. Minor tear to the middle right edge of the outer cover.

Sheets: It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Soft creases are occasional to the extreme edges and corners. Minute mould stains are scattered intermittently across the sheets. Minor paper losses to the lower right edge of the navy blue and orange sheet, the upper right corner of the brown and blue sheet, and the upper right and lower left corners of the lavender and brown sheet. Paper surface loss to the lower right corner of the green and pink sheet. Two small tears to the middle right edge of the red and green sheet. When inspected under ultraviolet light, no apparent signs of inpainting can be seen.
