The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. All elements and electrical fixtures are present and functioning. Negligible wear and handling marks are occasional to the work, visible only upon very close inspection. Two tiny areas of white paint accretion to the letter “l” and “e”. The work was not inspected under ultraviolet light.
