The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the works are in overall good condition. Both works were inspected within their frames, their reverses thus could not be checked. In Three Aperitif, strokes of faint yellowish stain are near the upper middle left of the work, visible only upon very close inspection. Soft creases are occasional to the work, only visible under raking light. The works were not inspected under ultraviolet light.
