The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall fair condition. Minor discolouration to the paint surface. Minute impression marks and slight abrasions to the edges of the work due to the framing status. A small area of flaking, measuring approx. 4x0.5cm, to the bottom of the right dove. When inspected under ultraviolet light, inpainting is apparent across mainly the right side of the work, especially to the two doves and the flowers on the upper right.
