The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Negligible hairline cracks intermittent to the turning edges. A few horizontal cracks across the painting surface, which appear to be stable. When inspected under ultraviolet light, there are no apparent signs of inpainting.
