The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The piece appears structurally stable, and the joints appear intact. A few scattered light scratches and minor abrasions consistent with age and use. Light layer of dust, with two hairline short scratches on the right back leg. A tiny indent associated with paint loss and glue residue on the top surface. A few tiny nicks on the lower left and lower right edge of the second drawer. Presents well, ready for use and display.
