It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Slight framing abrasion along the four edges and corner tips. Pinpoint paint losses scattered intermittently across the surface, particularly in the blue areas. Very faint hairline surface scratches scattered over the surface, most pronounced in the upper middle above the branches and near the top edge. Scuff marks to the upper left quadrant near the tree, upper right quadrant along the roof ridge. Three tiny brownish spots near the bottom left corner. When examined under ultraviolet light, several small rings fluoresce differently due to medium variation. No apparent retouching can be seen.
