The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work has been inspected inside the frame. Slight tear and pin-point hole at the bottom of the paper, visible only upon very close inspection. Light foxing stains are scattered on the surface, 3 light dots can be observed on the upper right and left edge. The condition complies with the chosen material and age of the work.
