The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Negligible tension cracks along the four extreme turnover edges associated with tiny paint losses on the upper left corner tip. Minor framing abrasion mainly on the left lower edge and the middle right edge. A few short cracks scattered on the upper part. A pinpoint brownish accretion on the center left side. A faint layer of dust present. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
