The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas is taut and the paint layer is stable. Negligible cracks and pinpoint losses to the bottom corner tips, and a minute paint loss to the upper right corner tip. When inspected under ultraviolet light, no apparent inpainting can be seen. It is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
