The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The piece appears structurally stable, and the joints appear intact. A slight surface indent to the proper back right leg turnover edge. Occasional minor deformation associated with abrasion sporadically across the edges and corners. Over the brass elements, minor scratches and abrasion present, mainly concentrated near the bottom of the legs. Two tiny faint surface scratches on the proper back left side near the top edge. An elegant and meaningful design, ready for display.
