The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work is structurally sound and stable. A light layer of green stable patina is visible overall. Two minor abrasion marks on the back of the figure. All texture variation and irregularities are assumably consistent with the artist's chosen medium. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
