The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is hinged onto a backboard. The reverse thus could not be checked. The paper is slightly undulated due to the rich use of medium. Artists pinholes to all four corners. Additional negligible pinholes occasionally, consistent with the artist's working method. When inspected under ultraviolet light, there is no apparent inpainting. It is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
