The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Gold framing residue sporadically along the edges. Hairline tension cracks and abrasion along the four edges and corner tips, occasionally associated with slight paint loss. Minor abrasion marks to the top and bottom edges. A vertical area of paint loss near the middle left edge. Hairline cracks in the upper middle area to the left of the central pink flower. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
