The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. The sheet is mounted on board, therefore the reverse cannot be inspected. The sheet is slightly undulated which is consistent with its mounting status. Faint soft creases to the lower left corner. A strip of glue residue on the left edge. Minor surface paper loss occasionally along the left, bottom and right edges. Minute dirt marks at the bottom of the lower edge and occasionally along the left edge. The work is not inspected under ultraviolet light.
