It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was checked within its frame, therefore the sides and back could not be checked. A few short mended tears in the upper left corner, upper right corner, bottom right corner, and the bottom right quadrant near the figure's shin. Very faint mould spots sporadically across the surface. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
