The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Watercolour, pen and India ink and pencil on paper laid down on paper. The edges are slightly uneven. The sheet undulates slightly. A small area of stable hairline craquelures in the purple impasto of the bunch of flowers. Pigments are strong and fresh throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.
Aquarelle, plume et encre de Chine sur papier marouflé sur papier. Les bords sont légèrement irréguliers. La feuille ondule légèrement. Une petite zone de très fines craquelures stables sur l'empâtement violet du bouquet de fleurs. Les pigments sont vifs et frais sur l'ensemble de la composition. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en très bonne condition générale.
