The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. The reverse extreme edges of the sheet are backed on Japan paper. The drawing has been executed on the verso of a Jules March' slip. A small diagonal stabilised tear at each left corner. A few small stabilised small tears and nicks in places along the edges, mainly along the extreme upper and lower edges. A pin-hole size hole towards the centre of the right edge. Some pale light-staining with a very few small spots of foxing in places. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

Graphite sur papier. L'extrémité des bords sont doublés au revers sur papier Japon. Le dessin a été exécuté sur le verso d'un Bordereau. Une petite déchirure diagonale stabilisée à chaque coin gauche. Quelques rares petites déchirures réparées et encoches par endroits le long des bords, principalement à l'extrémité des bords supérieur et inférieur. Un minscule trou vers le centre du bord droit. Légère insolation associée à de petits piqûres rares par endroits. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
